If you’re not a web designer or coder and you don’t have anyone working for you who can do these things, you may want to consider just getting a premium theme to provide your blog or site with some dashing good looks. I’ve written about theme vendors such as Elegant themes and Forest Themes in the past and I’m excited to tell you that I’ve just tried another great one of this ilk called Mojo themes.
On the surface, Mojo Themes looks like your standard theme peddler but don’t be fooled – it has lots of sweet distinguishing qualities that give it an edge all its own. Here’s what I love most about it:
- More than just WordPress – This is probably my favorite part of Mojo Themes. While its competitors only sell WordPress themes, Mojo themes has gone out of its way to offer up Joomla, Tumblr and plain HTML themes. If that’s not enough, they also have CSS, PSD and email themes. The word is that Drupal could be next, so watch out for that.
- Eye-popping themes – All premium themes should look good, right? Even by that standard, Mojo Themes really shines. The site has a stringent process in selecting which themes make it to its market, ensuring that just about everything in the store is a good buy.
- A vibrant community – one of the coolest things about Mojo Themes is that it allows users to upload and sell their own themes on its platform. What’s more, it has a system for coders, designers and other web professionals to “join forces” in order to create some awesome stuff. This helped create its passionate community of theme buyers and sellers who are in constant communication – exchanging ideas that will move the fort forward.
- A generous affiliate program – Like other theme vendors, Mojo Themes allows you to make money off of commissions from successful referrals. What’s sweet here is that its commissions are at 30% which is higher than what most online businesses would offer. This can be credited to the fact that Mojo themes has its own affiliate system and doesn’t require a third party service to help and take some of the dough.
- A wide price range – Depending on the level of functionality and intricacy of a theme’s demand, it will be priced accordingly on Mojo themes. This gives you plenty of choices that will fit your budget.
If that’s not enough to convince you, you should go and check out the Mojo Themes site sometime. They have a very cool demo and preview scheme for every theme in their library so you can see the full potential of each selection before you buy one. Bottom line, if you’re looking for some awesome skins for your sites, Mojo Themes is a groovy choice.
